I don't know where to begin telling you all about the trip so I will start with this, haha. (Excuse my gardening hands, Logan and I just finished planting about 20 old potatoes that were starting to grow eyes). The second night that we were in Oahu Nick and I went to see our favorite group play (Groundation (reggae)). After getting us into the sold out show, the last song was dedicated to Nick and Melissa. I turned around to see him holding a ring. WOW!
This was the plain trip to Oahu! Nick gave me a six hour warning, he told me to pack my bags and Logan was going to his grandparents house for a few days.
Nick and I took a ride over to Hanauma Bay where we did some snorkeling. Sorry I did not bring the camera in the water. We made a sea turtle friend and saw lots of cool fish and corral.
We have been putting wreaths together in a our spare time. We collect stuff from around Rainbow and arrange it a nice way.
Logan and Rudy tried to watch a movie together but it ended up being just a bunch of giggles. If you have ever admired Logan's cool style of clothing you can thank Rudy and his mommy for 98% of his wardrobe! Thanks guys!
As you can see some of the babies have gone home with their families. The others are going to stay with mom for another week or two. Today I was cleaning out the living quarters so I put the babies outside for some fresh air. Mo is very curious and very concerned about the well being of his offspring. He was very sweet to them and I think he even tried to nurse them until one got a hold of you know where (bottom picture).
