The day before the wedding two pigs were delivered for cooking purposes. There was a huge hole dug in the ground and the pigs were seasoned and then stuffed with lava rocks and place in the ground. They stayed in their underground bed over night and then were brought out immediately after the ceremony. Logan was OBSESSED with the pigs! Nick got to play one of the front and center roles of the cooking and serving (not in these pictures).
